Froilan Urtsin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aureliano Mano in the 3rd minute. Uriel Bingen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abelardo Vela in the 7th minute of play. Norberto Ermano hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Jonas Sugoi took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Froilan Urtsin to make any attempt to save it. In the 15th minute, Mauro Cordarrell left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Paunero fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Froilan Urtsin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliano Mano in the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st play minute Mauro Cordarrell came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Froilan Urtsin. 3-0. Wilfredo Loramendi hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Los Materos FC defense, Mauro Cordarrell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Froilan Urtsin. The Los Materos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Froilan Urtsin should have stopped the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 37 minutes, Froilan Urtsin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 41st minute, Aureliano Mano fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Froilan Urtsin, passed just outside the right post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Ceferino Erramun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Los Materos FC's Froilan Urtsin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Mano in the 55th minute of play. Aureliano Mano took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Froilan Urtsin. Froilan Urtsin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Abelardo Vela's late challenge caught a Paunero's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abelardo Vela helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Paunero booed when Los Materos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abelardo Vela didn't get a good kick on the ball. Froilan Urtsin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aureliano Mano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ezequiel Gines sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Paunero booed when Los Materos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abelardo Vela didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 70 played minutes Paunero got a freekick which was hit by Aureliano Mano. Abelardo Vela took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Uriel Bingen. Uriel Bingen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. Froilan Urtsin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Sugoi in the 78th minute of play. Leonel Jaunzuria could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Uriel Bingen made a huge save. 84 minutes into the match, Mauro Cordarrell had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Froilan Urtsin. Los Materos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mauro Cordarrell was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. Los Materos FC's Froilan Urtsin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Sugoi in the 93rd minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, Paunero's Jonas Sugoi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Froilan Urtsin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Paunero had played much better football throughout.
