Independiente's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚ the free kick. ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚'s Eliseo Guerau couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 7th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Independiente. After 10 minutes, Uriel Balendin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚ and the Independiente players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hector Txartiko came out of the goal and Ciriaco Maore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 81st minute, Generoso Inocente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Donato Dantae fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚'s protests and gave Donato Dantae a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚'s Donato Dantae got a free kick in the 85th minute. Eduardo Chago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amado Pacorro, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Adolfo Policarpio hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
