Acratas Unidos's Celedonio Leoncio got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rigoberto Norino to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute Rolando Medina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Ongile saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, MDQ Raptors FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Medina came free, but Eriberto Ongile reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Haroldo Errukis short, quick shot in the 96thth minute got Eriberto Ongile to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Acratas Unidos's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
