After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Roque Fertus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pilar FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Roque Fertus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mariano Lauaxeta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Severino Umbruso might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mariano Lauaxeta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Severino Umbruso ran back to his position shaking his head. When Roque Fertus came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Pilar FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roque Fertus couldn't finish the play. Cirilo Casado kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Pilar FC's Bruno Foro got a free kick in the 20th minute. If Gogo Laffitte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 21 minutes into the match, Pilar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Lazcano came free, but Romeo Benvide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pilar FC's Romeo Benvide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Nuñez in the 22nd minute of play. DξPΘЯΤIVØ 25's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pilar FC the free kick. Roque Fertus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Mariano Lauaxeta made a huge save. After 33 minutes, Roque Fertus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pilar FC and the DξPΘЯΤIVØ 25 players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of DξPΘЯΤIVØ 25 booed when Pilar FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roque Fertus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Romeo Benvide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Virila in the 34th minute of the match. Ildefonso Frechoso hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fernan Tiadoro during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Pilar FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Carmelo Lon hit a great ball. In the 47th minute, Silvio Endira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roque Fertus made a kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Roque Fertus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pilar FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roque Fertus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 53rd minute Silvio Endira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeo Benvide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Ildefonso Frechoso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pilar FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ildefonso Frechoso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mariano Lauaxeta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Pilar FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Carmelo Lon hit a great ball. In the 59th minute, Osvaldo Nuñez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Romeo Benvide was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 65th minute of the match, Delmiro Guillen got a very nice opportunity to score, but Romeo Benvide was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelio Eztebe in the 73rd minute of play forced Pilar FC's goalkeeper Romeo Benvide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute, Alberto Virila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Severino Umbruso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Lauaxeta having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Delmiro Guillen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute of the match Roque Fertus sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mariano Lauaxeta skillfully saved the ball. DξPΘЯΤIVØ 25's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
