In the 3rdth minute of the game Valentin Platon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MOEBIO's Aquiles Castulo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 6th minute of the match El retorno del Pincha got a corner. MOEBIO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Valentin Platon ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Faustino Pancho almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but MOEBIO's Aquiles Castulo did a great save. Marco Pudes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aquiles Castulo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fernando Lucero in the 15th minute. After 17 played minutes El retorno del Pincha got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Lucero. Tiberius Milaa hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Matxin in the 21st minute of play forced El retorno del Pincha's goalkeeper Teofilo Tiso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, MOEBIO's Ezequiel Handi got a free kick in the 27th minute. After 31 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for El retorno del Pincha! Valentin Ortzi hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Teofilo Tiso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Batista, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After a rather tough play, El retorno del Pincha's Faustino Pancho got a free kick in the 46th minute. In the 47th minute of the match Inocencio Errolan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teofilo Tiso skillfully saved the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valentin Platon to strike the kick off in the second half. 59 minutes into the match, Fabio Matxin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teofilo Tiso. Teofilo Tiso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abel Batista in the 71st minute. Abel Batista succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 72nd playminute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. MOEBIO walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
