A collision led to La Candela FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Rogelio Montes hit a great ball. With a little luck, La Candela FC's Vicente Urre got control of the ball when Tomás Evarado tried to sneak it across the goal line. 6 minutes into the game, Gavino Evis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Candela FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 the free kick. In the 6th match minute, La Candela FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gavino Evis to maneuver through the defense. Ivan Abreu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, La Candela FC's Vicente Urre got control of the ball when Tomás Evarado tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 12th match minute, StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergio Florian to maneuver through the defense. Gavino Evis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Apolo Porfirio. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 19th minute, Baldomiro Gonzalez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 20 minutes, Saul Flor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Candela FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saul Flor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 22 minutes into the game, Tomás Evarado recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vicente Urre. Tomás Evarado showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Justo Lon during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 made a substitution. Hector Bembe replaced Sergio Florian. In the 26th minute, Justo Lon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomás Evarado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Vicente Urre made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baldomiro Gonzalez in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Apolo Porfirio saved StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Paulo Loramendi managed to get in a good position for a shot. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Loramendi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vicente Urre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When La Candela FC's Justo Lon in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's goalie prevented a goal. Vicente Urre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Abreu, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The supporters of StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 booed when La Candela FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gavino Evis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Tomás Evarado made the kick off in the second half. Ivan Abreu's late challenge caught a La Candela FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ivan Abreu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th match minute, StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fulgencio Bingen to maneuver through the defense. Vicente Urre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Abreu, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justo Lon in the 70th minute of play forced StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's goalkeeper Apolo Porfirio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the game, Serafin Txartiko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After 71 played minutes, La Candela FC's Benigno Guillem shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Apolo Porfirio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in La Candela FC reached it. Bruno Seguinus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Apolo Porfirio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 73rd minute of the match Serafin Txartiko completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Serafin Txartiko a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 74 played minutes StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Txartiko. Baldomiro Gonzalez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermegildo Abeitia in the 81st minute of play forced La Candela FC's goalkeeper Vicente Urre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ivan Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vicente Urre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermegildo Abeitia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vicente Urre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Monico, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. With an all-out effort, La Candela FC's Apolo Porfirio threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Baldomiro Gonzalez, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
