Eduardo Jordy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruben Maurin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th match minute, La Bichineta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustin Guerrero to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute, Apolo Ixidor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leopoldo Txomin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Pereyra in the 28th minute of the match. After 29 minutes, Modesto Mark mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Bichineta and the Barrilete Cósmico FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Saul Remicio charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Saul Remicio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 37th match minute, Barrilete Cósmico FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saul Remicio to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Moises Pereyra made the kick off in the second half. Barrilete Cósmico FC's Leopoldo Txomin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Pereyra in the 73rd minute of play. Angel Lehoi hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After having played for 78 minutes, Apolo Ixidor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrilete Cósmico FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Apolo Ixidor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eduardo Jordy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruben Maurin, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Eduardo Jordy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Enol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Florencio Jaunti hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match.
