The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Evaristo Pabla during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 8th minute, Evaristo Pabla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaudencio Medero got free with Arnulfo Benvido in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 11th minute Prudencio Jusepe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Bernad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 13 minutes, Leonel Sendoa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Padrón 1744's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonel Sendoa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aaron Bernad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Astor Onbera in the 21st minute of the match. Padrón 1744's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Prudencio Jusepe in the 22nd minute. Prudencio Jusepe made a great header on Padrón 1744's corner, it was just that Sacro Balompié's Aaron Bernad managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 27th minute Placido Iratxo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnulfo Benvido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Padrón 1744's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Prudencio Jusepe in the 29th minute. After taking down the ball on Padrón 1744's corner Paulino Eudoxio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Aaron Bernad quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaudencio Medero in the 32nd minute of play forced Padrón 1744's goalkeeper Arnulfo Benvido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Sacro Balompié booed when Padrón 1744 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Astor Onbera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Padrón 1744's Arnulfo Benvido proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Padrón 1744 from getting a goal against them. In the 41st minute, Astor Onbera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnulfo Benvido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesar Lauro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Arnulfo Benvido successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dario Norino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Astor Onbera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aaron Bernad was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Nicolas Nicholas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sacro Balompié's Jorge Udalaitz was substituted for Placido Iratxo. 67 minutes into the match, Astor Onbera had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aaron Bernad. Sacro Balompié's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Astor Onbera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 69th minute, Nicolas Nicholas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Padrón 1744 getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Prudencio Jusepe hit a great ball. Arnulfo Benvido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Nicholas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnulfo Benvido didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cesar Lauro went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Carlos Astrada kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute of the match Prudencio Jusepe sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aaron Bernad skillfully saved the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Padrón 1744 fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 88th minute. Penalty! In the 89th minute there was a penalty for Sacro Balompié. Gaudencio Medero stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Arnulfo Benvido. 2-2. 95 minutes into the match, Jorge Udalaitz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnulfo Benvido. Padrón 1744's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jorge Udalaitz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Sacro Balompié walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
