Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arnoldo Gilen in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Danijel Subašić prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dario Errapel kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Danijel Subašić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoldo Gilen in the 5th minute of play. After 6 minutes, Isidro Cugat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the EL REY DE LA CARNE and the Spams players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, EL REY DE LA CARNE's Isidro Cugat got a free kick in the 6th minute. Romulo Eli took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Anacleto Benat. EL REY DE LA CARNE's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Spams's goal looked a bit too open when Arnoldo Gilen came free, but Danijel Subašić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. During the 14th minute of the match Isidro Cugat completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Isidro Cugat a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 20 minutes into the match, Bosco Balaban notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of EL REY DE LA CARNE's Anacleto Benat. Anacleto Benat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ciriaco Aragones hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Anacleto Benat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Senen in the 25th minute of the match. Anacleto Benat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bosco Balaban in the 31st minute. When Erubiel Lope fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EL REY DE LA CARNE's protests and gave Erubiel Lope a yellow card for diving instead. Danijel Subašić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomiro Tercero, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Rafael Pitin took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Danijel Subašić. Danijel Subašić dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The supporters of EL REY DE LA CARNE booed when Spams was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romulo Eli didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bosco Balaban was the one to do the kick off. Arnoldo Gilen hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 61st match minute, Spams was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ubaldo Ellande to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, EL REY DE LA CARNE's Ciriaco Aragones got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 73rdth minute of the game Bosco Balaban who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EL REY DE LA CARNE's Anacleto Benat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 76 minutes into the match, EL REY DE LA CARNE's goal looked a bit too open when Aquiles Maties came free, but Anacleto Benat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aquiles Maties in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anacleto Benat saved EL REY DE LA CARNE from getting behind. Anacleto Benat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Senen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aquiles Maties recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the EL REY DE LA CARNE players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Spams.
