Sportivo Luan Toro's Joaquin Mingo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niceto Perpinya in the 6th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Gamberro's Roque Lekubegi got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 11th match minute, Sportivo Luan Toro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eleuterio Arlo to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Sportivo Luan Toro getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Eleuterio Arlo hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, Sportivo Luan Toro's goal looked a bit too open when Niceto Perpinya came free, but Joaquin Mingo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diego Eneko's late challenge caught a Sportivo Luan Toro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diego Eneko helped the player get up and apologised. Diego Eneko kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. With a little luck, Deportivo Gamberro's Zacarias Ulizes got control of the ball when Ringo Bonavena tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ringo Bonavena received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zacarias Ulizes came out and tried to block the shot, but Ringo Bonavena slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 30th minute. 35 minutes into the match, Sportivo Luan Toro's goal looked a bit too open when Niceto Perpinya came free, but Joaquin Mingo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute Niceto Perpinya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Mingo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joaquin Mingo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niceto Perpinya in the 41st minute of play. Lino Gerazan charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lino Gerazan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Sportivo Luan Toro getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Lino Gerazan hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lino Gerazan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Deportivo Gamberro got a freekick which was hit by Ambrosio Kepa. When Walter Fernández came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Sportivo Luan Toro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walter Fernández couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Deportivo Gamberro getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Niceto Perpinya hit a great ball. Diego Eneko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute, Albino Maties hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zacarias Ulizes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ringo Bonavena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Sportivo Luan Toro booed when Deportivo Gamberro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roque Lekubegi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zacarias Ulizes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ringo Bonavena in the 82nd minute of the match. Sportivo Luan Toro's Joaquin Mingo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Sportivo Luan Toro from getting a goal against them. Deportivo Gamberro were furious when Ambrosio Kepa was red carded, 90 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 97th minute, Eleuterio Arlo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sportivo Luan Toro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0.
