Geoffrey Roach kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Inacio Tordesillas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heriberto Walton having to interfere. Vancouver Reds's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hustaz Cedron was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Quincy Minor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 23 minutes of play, Mesere's Inacio Tordesillas made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Heriberto Walton was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 26th minute Hustaz Cedron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heriberto Walton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Vancouver Reds booed when Mesere was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inacio Tordesillas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Heriberto Walton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaunzuria Canta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vancouver Reds's Heriberto Walton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hustaz Cedron in the 34th minute of play. After 34 minutes, Jaunzuria Canta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mesere and the Vancouver Reds players grew even worse after the yellow card. Heriberto Walton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inacio Tordesillas in the 37th minute of play. Hustaz Cedron scored 0-3 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Heriberto Walton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 42nd minute Hustaz Cedron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heriberto Walton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Inacio Tordesillas took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Heriberto Walton. Heriberto Walton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hustaz Cedron made a kick off. Heriberto Walton didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hustaz Cedron went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. 68 minutes into the game, Hustaz Cedron recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Heriberto Walton. Hustaz Cedron showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. Heriberto Walton was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Hustaz Cedron capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hustaz Cedron really showed his touch with that goal: 0-9. Jarrett Poirier struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Iker Simon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vancouver Reds. After a rather tough play, Vancouver Reds's Marshall Valenzuela got a free kick in the 79th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaunzuria Canta in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Heriberto Walton saved Vancouver Reds from getting behind. When Desmond Lynch fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vancouver Reds's protests and gave Desmond Lynch a yellow card for diving instead. In the 88th minute, Jaunzuria Canta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Heriberto Walton was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. Heriberto Walton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaunzuria Canta in the 94th minute of play. With a little luck, Vancouver Reds's Heriberto Walton got control of the ball when Machado Enao tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match was over Mesere could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Vancouver Reds throughout the match.
