The audience thought a goal was coming when Remigio Cerezo got free with Pierre Patrick in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Atletico Aragua FC booed when I love u Messi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrad Cole didn't get a good kick on the ball. Boni Arregui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Neal Quinones, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After the first half I love u Messi were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Neal Quinones made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, I love u Messi's Bart Renaud got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 62 minutes into the match, I love u Messi's goal looked a bit too open when Aristides Carro came free, but Pierre Patrick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boni Arregui made an important save on a dangerous shot by Neal Quinones in the 66th minute. In the 66th match minute, Atletico Aragua FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cordarin Alberete to maneuver through the defense. Neal Quinones sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Atletico Aragua FC's Boni Arregui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Neal Quinones in the 74th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Rashad Bailey kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Boni Arregui. That made the score 0-2 in the 77 minute of play. After 83 played minutes I love u Messi got a freekick which was hit by Rashad Bailey. 88 minutes into the match, Atletico Aragua FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rashad Bailey came free, but Boni Arregui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pierre Patrick took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristides Carro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jame Leal's late challenge caught a Atletico Aragua FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jame Leal helped the player get up and apologised. Pierre Patrick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramirez Larrieta in the 93rd minute of the match. Neal Quinones blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Boni Arregui having to make a save. Boni Arregui stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Neal Quinones's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. I love u Messi had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
