In the 6th minute, Joaquin Soter left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Rodrigo Hurko hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the match, Modesto Loren sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Rigoberto Ilixo threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Modesto Loren this time. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joaquin Soter made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Astros de México's Ivan Libertad got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 52nd minute Florentino Nabar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rigoberto Ilixo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, TZILACATZIN's Celso Manni got control of the ball when Siro Dimo tried to sneak it across the goal line. With 62 minutes on the clock, Melchor Ladio commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 62 minutes into the game, one of TZILACATZIN:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Celso Manni, was totally fooled by Astros de México's Ivan Libertad, who 64 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Isidro Ihazintu scored 1-3 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Celso Manni, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to TZILACATZIN getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Florentino Nabar hit a great ball. Celso Manni was a little too slow when Siro Dimo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 1-4. After 89 minutes, Conrado Heriberto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TZILACATZIN and the Astros de México players grew even worse after the yellow card. Siro Dimo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-5 in the 91st playminute. In the 96th minute, Hermengildo Abadia made a precise shot to the right of Rigoberto Ilixo. Astros de México's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. Astros de México's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
