With a little luck, Golden Dragón F.C's Basilio Colomes got control of the ball when Tito Cajigal tried to sneak it across the goal line. 7 minutes into the game, Severino Borniquell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Golden Dragón F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ConChanfle FC the free kick. In the 7th match minute, Golden Dragón F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severino Borniquell to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the match, Golden Dragón F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Odol Machicao came free, but Basilio Colomes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With 9 minutes on the clock, Julio Ustoa commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. A collision led to ConChanfle FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Julio Ustoa hit a great ball. In the 12th match minute, ConChanfle FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yader Reñe to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute Odol Machicao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Colomes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xzavion Maximino hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Cerilo Valben managed to get in a good position for a shot. Golden Dragón F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Cerilo Valben was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xosepe Moreda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paskal Panguision in the 33rd minute of play forced ConChanfle FC's goalkeeper Xosepe Moreda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Golden Dragón F.C's goalkeeper Basilio Colomes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tito Cajigal. A collision led to ConChanfle FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Che Andujar hit a great ball. The supporters of ConChanfle FC booed when Golden Dragón F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prospero Rasa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 46 played minutes Golden Dragón F.C got a freekick which was hit by Bernebe Balerdi. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Josu Mendibuey to make the kick off. A collision led to Golden Dragón F.C getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Severino Borniquell hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Severino Borniquell kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Xosepe Moreda. That made the score 1-1 in the 63 minute of play. In the 68th minute, Severino Borniquell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute, Odol Machicao left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ConChanfle FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Severino Borniquell got his second yellow card in the match during the 72nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Golden Dragón F.C getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Severino Borniquell hit a great ball. Paskal Panguision sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xosepe Moreda made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Josu Mendibuey sent off a good shot on target. In the 85th minute Rafel Franquis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Colomes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Basilio Colomes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Odol Machicao in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Sindo Munozcano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Golden Dragón F.C's zone, Bertran Baracaldo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basilio Colomes came out of the goal and Bertran Baracaldo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The ConChanfle FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
