Erick Fernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Abaurre in the 4th minute of the match. River CBBA's Lore Abajas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save River CBBA from getting a goal against them. The tension between the ★ Lobos FC ★ and the River CBBA players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 28th match minute, ★ Lobos FC ★ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar Oporto to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the match, Sol Abaunza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erick Fernandez. ★ Lobos FC ★'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sol Abaunza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Abaurre in the 35th minute of play forced ★ Lobos FC ★'s goalkeeper Erick Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erick Fernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teobaldo Abello, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Erick Fernandez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guillermo Abaurre went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guillermo Abaurre stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, River CBBA's goal looked a bit too open when Cesar Oporto came free, but Lore Abajas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Abalos kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Mariano Alvarez managed to get in a good position for a shot. ★ Lobos FC ★'s supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Alvarez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lore Abajas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 60 minutes into the match, River CBBA's goal looked a bit too open when Cesar Oporto came free, but Lore Abajas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Mariano Alvarez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lore Abajas. River CBBA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Alvarez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Sol Abaunza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of River CBBA booed when ★ Lobos FC ★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidel Mondragon didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the game, Teobaldo Abello was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. River CBBA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ★ Lobos FC ★ the free kick. Teobaldo Abello hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Erick Fernandez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sol Abaunza showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 87 minute of play.
