The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Toli Beloso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jorrin Ovalle struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Erauso Espantoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Ibiza. 7 minutes into the match, Internacional Pechofrío's goal looked a bit too open when Jorrin Ovalle came free, but Erauso Espantoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorrin Ovalle kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Club Ibiza's goal looked a bit too open when Venceslao Solares came free, but Sanson Ojero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 19 minutes Club Ibiza's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Toli Beloso who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Club Ibiza's goalie and right to Leon Gredilla. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Club Ibiza's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Mateo Tejero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Sanson Ojero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sanson Ojero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Venceslao Solares, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Club Ibiza's zone, Garci Claveria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sanson Ojero came out of the goal and Garci Claveria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jorrin Ovalle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erauso Espantoso having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jorrin Ovalle in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erauso Espantoso saved Internacional Pechofrío from getting behind. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jorrin Ovalle was the one to do the kick off. Maiorga Bolide hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. 54 minutes into the game, Ostadar Salas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Ibiza's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Internacional Pechofrío the free kick. In the 55th minute, Ostadar Salas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th minute, Ruy Mestas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Club Ibiza getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Maiorga Bolide hit a great ball. Leon Gredilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Sanson Ojero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erauso Espantoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maiorga Bolide's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute, Frantxizko Aulestia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th minute, Leon Gredilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Internacional Pechofrío defense, Maore Baiges kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erauso Espantoso. The Internacional Pechofrío fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erauso Espantoso should have stopped the shot. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
