Lucas Aumada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hidalgo Barrionuevo having to interfere. 4 minutes into the match, Victor Arrelucea notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Azul Y Plomo's Hidalgo Barrionuevo. Hidalgo Barrionuevo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Azul Y Plomo's Xoan Gavarnet got a free kick in the 7th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Azul Y Plomo's zone, Victor Arrelucea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hidalgo Barrionuevo came out of the goal and Victor Arrelucea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Carabia in the 10th minute of play forced Intimos de Reynoso's goalkeeper Milio Cuero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 13 minutes of play, Intimos de Reynoso's Lucas Aumada made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hidalgo Barrionuevo was left in no man's land by his defense there! 19 minutes into the match, Azul Y Plomo's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Arrelucea came free, but Hidalgo Barrionuevo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hidalgo Barrionuevo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Arrelucea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the game, Roberto Aliceda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Azul Y Plomo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Intimos de Reynoso the free kick. In the 27th match minute, Azul Y Plomo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Aliceda to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reynaldo Håland got free with Milio Cuero in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 38th minute, Gonzalo Narbona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 41st minute of the game. One of Azul Y Plomo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Intimos de Reynoso:s goal. In the 47th minute Carlos Galvan suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Intimos de Reynoso made a substitution. Pes Hudobro replaced Carlos Galvan. A collision led to Azul Y Plomo getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Francisco Carabia hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Reynaldo Håland to make the kick off. In the 57th minute, Victor Arrelucea reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hidalgo Barrionuevo. The goal made the score 0-5. Chayo Aguila could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Hidalgo Barrionuevo made a huge save. Chayo Aguila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hidalgo Barrionuevo having to interfere. Hidalgo Barrionuevo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Arrelucea in the 66th minute of play. Libertad Brunati hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. The supporters of Azul Y Plomo booed when Intimos de Reynoso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Libertad Brunati didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 78 minutes, Galeno Ojeda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Intimos de Reynoso and the Azul Y Plomo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Galeno Ojeda kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Trota Traus struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Milio Cuero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Azul Y Plomo. Hidalgo Barrionuevo was a little too slow when Victor Arrelucea got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 0-6. Victor Arrelucea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hidalgo Barrionuevo having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Azul Y Plomo's goalkeeper Hidalgo Barrionuevo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Arrelucea. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chayo Aguila got free with Hidalgo Barrionuevo in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle sounded Intimos de Reynoso left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Azul Y Plomo.
