Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Porteño Prowess FC's Noriega Lambarida started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Porteño Prowess FC's Villagra Inguanzo got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Zadornin Villaseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Jose Ferrel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nereo Ibarguen during the 8th minute. If Zuberoa Armona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 33 played minutes Snorlax FC got a freekick which was hit by Nereo Ibarguen. Geancarlos Cedillo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 33rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ariano Saldías in the 37th minute of play forced Porteño Prowess FC's goalkeeper Damián Egø to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Zuberoa Armona made a precise shot to the right of Jose Ferrel. Snorlax FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Ariano Saldías could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Damián Egø made a huge save. In the 55th match minute, Snorlax FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco José Maeztu to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute Noriega Lambarida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Ferrel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damián Egø was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Edelmiro Villar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edelmiro Villar really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. When Eugenio Cerra fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Porteño Prowess FC's protests and gave Eugenio Cerra a yellow card for diving instead.
