Edson Corredera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jurdan Rocandio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 7 minutes into the match, Marcial Mazule notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Atletico de la Rosa CF's Edson Corredera. Edson Corredera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marcelo Deco hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Tiago Freixes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo ScrugenFC from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Tiago Freixes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Deportivo ScrugenFC's Oliverio Huergo got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 16th minute of the match Venceslao Olea sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tiago Freixes skillfully saved the ball. Tiago Freixes made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Rodolfo Cortadelles sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Deportivo ScrugenFC's Julen Palenciano got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Edson Corredera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bakar Heneses in the 36th minute of the match. When Jurdan Rocandio came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Deportivo ScrugenFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jurdan Rocandio couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Atletico de la Rosa CF booed when Deportivo ScrugenFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcial Mazule didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atletico de la Rosa CF's Timoteo Urtueta shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 45th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Tiago Freixes but with some difficulty. After 46 played minutes Deportivo ScrugenFC got a freekick which was hit by Oliverio Huergo. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcial Mazule stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Venceslao Olea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 52 minutes into the match, Atletico de la Rosa CF's goalkeeper Edson Corredera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcial Mazule. Edson Corredera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jurdan Rocandio in the 59th minute of play. Javiar Jordan lost his temper 62 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 66th match minute, Atletico de la Rosa CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xurdin Franco to maneuver through the defense. Jurdan Rocandio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edson Corredera having to interfere. When Francisco Villaelrriego fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atletico de la Rosa CF's protests and gave Francisco Villaelrriego a yellow card for diving instead. Francisco Villaelrriego hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. A collision led to Deportivo ScrugenFC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Oliverio Huergo hit a great ball. Venceslao Olea took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tiago Freixes. Deportivo ScrugenFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Deportivo ScrugenFC's Julen Palenciano got a free kick in the 96th minute. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
