Joffre Viñambres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mendebal Larrechi in the 7th minute of the match. The supporters of Nacional booed when Eléctricos F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Telmo Ron didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubelteso Ribadas in the 80th minute of play forced Nacional's goalkeeper Gaufred Sagarteguieta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the game, Eléctricos F.C.'s Ramos Berrio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ramos Berrio's late challenge caught a Nacional's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
