The referee showed Denis Montae the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to DREAM TEAM WORLD getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. After 9 minutes of play, DREAM TEAM WORLD's Nicasio Guipuzkoa made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adolfo Cordarrell was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edgardo Vigil's late challenge caught a Vikingos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Edgardo Vigil hit a great ball. Adolfo Cordarrell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicasio Guipuzkoa in the 18th minute of the match. Jeronimo Abarca's late challenge caught a Vikingos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeronimo Abarca helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, DREAM TEAM WORLD's Jeronimo Abarca got a free kick in the 20th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Vikingos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nicasio Guipuzkoa came free, but Adolfo Cordarrell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Vikingos FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. DREAM TEAM WORLD were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodrigo Jakobe was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Marko in the 59th minute of play forced DREAM TEAM WORLD's goalkeeper Damian Firman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damian Firman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Jakobe in the 81st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Edgardo Vigil's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adolfo Cordarrell was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Vikingos FC's Benjamin Hartz got a free kick in the 99th minute. DREAM TEAM WORLD made a substitution. Teo Quirze replaced Mauro Kemen. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Gaston Jakue was substituted for Edgardo Vigil. The long shot by Jeronimo Abarca in the 101st minute really tested Adolfo Cordarrell's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When the final whistle went the supporters of DREAM TEAM WORLD were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Vikingos FC side.
