Vigil Blanquel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Phil Craft in the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by ...Pingue S.C....'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dalton Priest was slow to take the kick. During this time American Airlines's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Dalton Priest almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ...Pingue S.C....'s Vigil Blanquel did a great save. 34 minutes into the match, American Airlines's goalkeeper Anthony Shields had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robin Oces. 36 minutes into the match, American Airlines's goal looked a bit too open when Xizavier Monterinos came free, but Anthony Shields reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vicente Villaverde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Anthony Shields tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Xizavier Monterinos made a precise shot to the right of Anthony Shields. American Airlines's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 45 minutes into the match, American Airlines's goal looked a bit too open when Xizavier Monterinos came free, but Anthony Shields reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute, Vicente Villaverde reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Anthony Shields. The goal made the score 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
A collision led to American Airlines getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Alistair Heller hit a great ball. With a little luck, ...Pingue S.C....'s Vigil Blanquel got control of the ball when Phil Craft tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 63 minutes ...Pingue S.C....'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dalton Priest who took care of the corner kick. Anthony Shields made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xizavier Monterinos in the 64th minute of play. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by American Airlines's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Robin Oces was slow to take the kick. During this time ...Pingue S.C....'s players had a chance to rest. ...Pingue S.C....'s Robin Oces was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Anthony Shields in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Titus Guillory in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vigil Blanquel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, ...Pingue S.C....'s Elkin Corel got a free kick in the 68th minute. Vigil Blanquel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Titus Guillory in the 74th minute of play. In the 78th minute, American Airlines's Titus Guillory dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. When Heriberto Conley fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored American Airlines's protests and gave Heriberto Conley a yellow card for diving instead. In the 82nd minute, Heriberto Conley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in ...Pingue S.C....'s zone, Heriberto Conley stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vigil Blanquel came out of the goal and Heriberto Conley tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpected shot in the 87th minute by Phil Craft got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.
