In the 34th minute, Alfonzo Wolfe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Racing Miami Futbol Club made a substitution. Stan Cobb replaced Mitch Schneider. When Mohammed Lloyd came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Racing Miami Futbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mohammed Lloyd couldn't finish the play. Ralph McGrath blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Artal Fondos having to make a save. A collision led to Racing Miami Futbol Club getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Jermaine Velasquez hit a great ball. Artal Fondos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mohammed Lloyd in the 65th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Loco Team FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ralph McGrath came free, but Artal Fondos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 67 played minutes Loco Team FC got a freekick which was hit by Ticho Anuncibay. Ralph McGrath sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Loco Team FC's Artal Fondos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralph McGrath in the 78th minute of play. In the 80th minute Raymon Rojica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Connor Benitez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artal Fondos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dexter Alvarez, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. After 97 minutes, Ralph McGrath mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Racing Miami Futbol Club and the Loco Team FC players grew even worse after the yellow card.
