The referee ignored Navalito's protests and gave Severino Ensslin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 25th minute Manolo Letelier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Bear saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manolo Letelier in the 28th minute of play forced Navalito's goalkeeper Maximino Bear to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With 38 minutes on the clock, Albano Antipa commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card.
