When Rigoberto Iratze came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Les Tigres fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rigoberto Iratze couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Racing Miami Futbol Club getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Geoff Coronado hit a great ball. Cedric Glover made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rigoberto Iratze in the 88th minute. Rigoberto Iratze could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Cedric Glover made a huge save. When the final whistle sounded Les Tigres left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Racing Miami Futbol Club.
