A collision led to Fire Breathers FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Rosendo Farto hit a great ball. Txaran Cancela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto Villalaz in the 4th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC's Luis Herrera ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Txaran Cancela. Txaran Cancela yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 17 minutes into the match, Fire Breathers FC's goalkeeper Txaran Cancela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ramón Ortega. 19 minutes into the match, Fire Breathers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastián Calderón came free, but Txaran Cancela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Fire Breathers FC's Rosendo Farto got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Fire Breathers FC's zone, Rigoberto Villalaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Txaran Cancela came out of the goal and Rigoberto Villalaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC booed when Fire Breathers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Arceo didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastián Calderón in the 36th minute of play forced Fire Breathers FC's goalkeeper Txaran Cancela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Fire Breathers FC booed when Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramón Ortega didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 46 minutes, Sebastián Calderón managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastián Calderón was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luis Herrera got free with Txaran Cancela in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luis Herrera made a kick off. After some careless play in the Fire Breathers FC defense, Sebastián Calderón kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Txaran Cancela. The Fire Breathers FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Txaran Cancela should have stopped the shot. Luis Herrera took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Txaran Cancela. Txaran Cancela dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. When Ramón Ortega came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramón Ortega couldn't finish the play. In the 67th minute, Wiliam Palma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fire Breathers FC's Txaran Cancela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastián Calderón in the 71st minute of play. After some careless play in the Fire Breathers FC defense, Luis Herrera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Txaran Cancela. The Fire Breathers FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Txaran Cancela should have stopped the shot. Remigio Gabilondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luchito De Leon having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Remigio Gabilondo in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luchito De Leon saved Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC's zone, Remigio Gabilondo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luchito De Leon came out of the goal and Remigio Gabilondo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Luis Herrera's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Txaran Cancela was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. After 83 minutes, Luis Herrera made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Fire Breathers FC's Txaran Cancela tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Txaran Cancela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastián Calderón, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Txaran Cancela didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sebastián Calderón went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC had played much better football throughout.
