Bradley Longstaffe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İdris Coşkun, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Jay Mullen didn't have the luck on his side when he, from a short distance, got a opportunity for a shot on goal in the 17th minute. Jonny Walters could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Clodio Taffarel made a huge save. Clodio Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jay Mullen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. POZANTI SPOR's Clodio Taffarel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save POZANTI SPOR from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Byron Radcliffe in the 27th minute of play forced POZANTI SPOR's goalkeeper Clodio Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Jay Mullen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Clodio Taffarel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonny Walters in the 45th minute of play forced POZANTI SPOR's goalkeeper Clodio Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The supporters of Egg Chasers FC booed when POZANTI SPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. İdris Coşkun didn't get a good kick on the ball. A very good chance. In the 70th minute Jay Mullen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clodio Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in POZANTI SPOR's zone, Jay Mullen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clodio Taffarel came out of the goal and Jay Mullen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patrick Toovey kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. There was no doubt that Egg Chasers FC were the better team. Egg Chasers FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
