Cafu Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Victor Guifre dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cafu Amaral, 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Freddy Eutropio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Amelie FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddy Eutropio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cafu Amaral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 29 minutes into the match, LOS PERNAMBUCANOS - FDFDF's goalkeeper Cafu Amaral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Freddy Eutropio. In the 30th match minute, LOS PERNAMBUCANOS - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Washington Ceresso to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 39 in the game by Victor Guifre from a close distance when the talented Cafu Amaral managed to make a qualified save. LOS PERNAMBUCANOS - FDFDF's players were relieved. Cafu Amaral made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Victor Guifre sent off a good shot on target. After 45 played minutes Amelie FC got a freekick which was hit by Arnoldo Ledesma. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Victor Guifre made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, LOS PERNAMBUCANOS - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hudson de Godoi to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute, Hudson de Godoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th match minute, LOS PERNAMBUCANOS - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmílson de Almeida to maneuver through the defense. After 63 minutes of play, Amelie FC's Freddy Eutropio made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cafu Amaral was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 66th minute Paulino Garci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cafu Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 69th minute of the game. One of LOS PERNAMBUCANOS - FDFDF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Amelie FC:s goal. LOS PERNAMBUCANOS - FDFDF's Cafu Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Guifre in the 88th minute of play. If Freddy Eutropio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Victor Guifre came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Amelie FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Guifre couldn't finish the play. Cafu Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Guifre, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute.
