C.'s Cléberson Santana got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 22 minutes into the match, SORRISO E. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jay Mullen came free, but Edvaldo Leal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Byron Radcliffe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 28 minutes into the match, SORRISO E. C.'s goalkeeper Edvaldo Leal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Patrick Toovey. Egg Chasers FC's Bradley Longstaffe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maicon Oliveira in the 33rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonny Walters during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Egg Chasers FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Jonny Walters hit a great ball. Bradley Longstaffe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Queirós, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Davi Isac to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 83rd match minute, Egg Chasers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonny Walters to maneuver through the defense.
