The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fernandão Rodrigues showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hernan Lastur charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hernan Lastur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Buitros's Fernandão Rodrigues proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Buitros from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Club Lacra Unida made a substitution. Venancio Bortzaioriz replaced 谢烨德. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antony Ferrant to make the kick off. Buitros's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antony Ferrant was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Tomás Berart showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robustiano Geofredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Lucas Martínez Quarta kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Fernandão Rodrigues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antony Ferrant in the 78th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Buitros's Tomás Berart threw himself towards the right post 80 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Robustiano Geofredo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Buitros's Robustiano Geofredo got a free kick in the 82nd minute. The supporters of Club Lacra Unida booed when Buitros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Martínez Quarta didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 89 minutes, Jeremias Quiroga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Lacra Unida's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeremias Quiroga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antony Ferrant in the 92nd minute of play forced Buitros's goalkeeper Fernandão Rodrigues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Buitros's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
