In the 12th minute Alfredo Benarrivo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cheng Hao Wei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19thth minute of the game Wilbur Bain who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GEC Marpla's Federico Morini was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Truchampionero FC's Cheng Hao Wei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Benarrivo in the 36th minute of play. But to his dismay, Wilbur Bain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paşa Ali Soysan made a kick off. Federico Morini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilbur Bain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Federico Morini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmund Schumacher, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. GEC Marpla's Federico Morini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Rudy in the 61st minute of play. In the 61st minute, Robert Rudy made a precise shot to the right of Federico Morini. GEC Marpla's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. The supporters of Truchampionero FC booed when GEC Marpla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luisito Silvino didn't get a good kick on the ball. 余帆南 took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Federico Morini. GEC Marpla's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paşa Ali Soysan in the 76th minute of play forced Truchampionero FC's goalkeeper Cheng Hao Wei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. GEC Marpla's Federico Morini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmund Schumacher in the 79th minute of play. Paşa Ali Soysan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 87 minutes into the match, Truchampionero FC's goalkeeper Cheng Hao Wei had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfredo Benarrivo. After some careless play in the Truchampionero FC defense, Paşa Ali Soysan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cheng Hao Wei. The Truchampionero FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cheng Hao Wei should have stopped the shot. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
