In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Yoruba FC's goalkeeper Chukwudi Henry Odhiambo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Chukwudi Henry Odhiambo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfred Dynda's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. After 22 played minutes Yoruba FC got a freekick which was hit by Tochi Oluwafemi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Dynda in the 22nd minute of play forced Yoruba FC's goalkeeper Chukwudi Henry Odhiambo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chukwudi Henry Odhiambo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfred Dynda in the 26th minute of the match. After having played for 28 minutes, Tochi Oluwafemi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yoruba FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tochi Oluwafemi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Yoruba FC's Tochi Oluwafemi in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Titanic of Belfast's goalie prevented a goal. The Titanic of Belfast fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Titanic of Belfast's Alfred Dynda looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Yoruba FC booed when Titanic of Belfast was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wawrzyniec Makomaski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Mustafa Namık Adak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chukwudi Henry Odhiambo. Yoruba FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mustafa Namık Adak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. After a rather tough play, Yoruba FC's Eby Abodunrin got a free kick in the 47th minute. Chukwudi Henry Odhiambo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustafa Namık Adak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tochi Oluwafemi to make the kick off. Mustafa Namık Adak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chukwudi Henry Odhiambo having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 55 minutes, Chukwudi Henry Odhiambo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Mustafa Namık Adak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Izydor Majkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Festus Owotoki in the 70th minute of the match. In the 70thth minute of the game Festus Owotoki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Titanic of Belfast's Izydor Majkowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Izydor Majkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Festus Owotoki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mustafa Namık Adak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mustafa Namık Adak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chukwudi Henry Odhiambo came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Titanic of Belfast's Alfred Dynda. But to his dismay, Alfred Dynda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. The supporters of Titanic of Belfast booed when Yoruba FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdullahi Akamagwuna didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mustafa Namık Adak in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chukwudi Henry Odhiambo saved Yoruba FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Yoruba FC's Eby Abodunrin got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Yoruba FC's goalkeeper Chukwudi Henry Odhiambo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Alfred Dynda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Chukwudi Henry Odhiambo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Titanic of Belfast's Mustafa Namık Adak shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-7 in the ordered_time% minute.
