Red City Marrakech's David Bartoleme got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Grzegorz Sitko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacy Czempa in the 11th minute of play. After 12 played minutes Suwon Wanderers got a freekick which was hit by 김 어. Yan de Sousa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kanuni-Sultan Süleyman's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. 17 minutes into the match, David Bartoleme notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Suwon Wanderers's Yan de Sousa. Yan de Sousa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kaj Kruuse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When 김 어 fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Suwon Wanderers's protests and gave 김 어 a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26th minute, 김 어 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 29 played minutes Red City Marrakech got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Goren. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when David Bartoleme stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Grzegorz Sitko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lóránt Vörös in the 51st minute of play. Grzegorz Sitko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dudu de Queiroz went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Yan de Sousa made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Bartoleme in the 56th minute. After 56 minutes, David Gonsalvo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Red City Marrakech and the Suwon Wanderers players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 77th minute Kanuni-Sultan Süleyman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yan de Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Suwon Wanderers's goal looked a bit too open when Kanuni-Sultan Süleyman came free, but Yan de Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Red City Marrakech's Kanuni-Sultan Süleyman, in the 81st minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Red City Marrakech. In the 83rd minute, Boris Josefsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 92 minutes, Kanuni-Sultan Süleyman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Red City Marrakech's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kanuni-Sultan Süleyman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chants of Red City Marrakech echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Suwon Wanderers had held the ball for most of the match.
