Chukwudi Henry Odhiambo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfredo Benarrivo in the 85th minute. Chukwudi Henry Odhiambo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paşa Ali Soysan in the 86th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Yoruba FC defense, Johan Telkamp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Chukwudi Henry Odhiambo. The Yoruba FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Chukwudi Henry Odhiambo should have stopped the shot. With an all-out effort, GEC Marpla's Chukwudi Henry Odhiambo threw himself towards the right post 92 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Paşa Ali Soysan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 93 played minutes GEC Marpla got a freekick which was hit by Julius Meindert. Han Yue Hong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over GEC Marpla could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Yoruba FC throughout the match.
