Stanislaw Karp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Phelipe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elias Abancens took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stanislaw Karp. Stanislaw Karp dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. If Augusto Froila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to KS Tadeusz getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Marcin Gongolewicz hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute of the match Millonarios got a corner. KS Tadeusz's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carmelo Berenguer ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Elias Abancens heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Stanislaw Karp came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Millonarios's Augusto Froila. But to his dismay, Augusto Froila quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Stanislaw Karp stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Augusto Froila's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Zygmunt Starogardzki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Flavio Phelipe to make the kick off. Flavio Phelipe was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 56th minute. Millonarios's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Flavio Phelipe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flavio Phelipe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Stanislaw Karp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th match minute, KS Tadeusz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stasio Andrzejewski to maneuver through the defense. Fabricio James kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Elias Abancens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. After a rather tough play, Millonarios's Herminio Remicio got a free kick in the 79th minute. Flavio Phelipe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. When the final whistle sounded Millonarios left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than KS Tadeusz.
