Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the game, Philippe Tiercelin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Nelsinho Machado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Serafim Lima made in the 7th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Válter Xavier immediately put the ball in play. A hard shot by Válter Xavier from long distance, 14 minutes into the match, got Mario Steinmetz's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 16 minutes, Pedro Luiz Aparecido mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Moco SS and the Defrou FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th match minute, Moco SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Luiz Aparecido to maneuver through the defense. John-Paul Lecanu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nelsinho Machado having to make a save. In the 24th minute John-Paul Lecanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nelsinho Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Moco SS defense, Valentin Renaudin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nelsinho Machado. The Moco SS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nelsinho Machado should have stopped the shot. Valentin Renaudin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. John-Paul Lecanu took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nelsinho Machado. Nelsinho Machado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 40 minutes into the game, Defrou FC's Valentin Renaudin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nelsinho Machado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Charles-Henri Pohu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Defrou FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Charles-Henri Pohu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nelsinho Machado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Defrou FC's Valentin Renaudin in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Moco SS's goalie prevented a goal. If Charly Zitte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Evandro Nogueira made a kick off. Valentin Renaudin's late challenge caught a Moco SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valentin Renaudin helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Moco SS's Nilton Barros got a free kick in the 58th minute. Carlos Eduardo de Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moco SS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Valentin Renaudin scored to the left of an out of position Nelsinho Machado, making the score, 0-5. With an all-out effort, Defrou FC's Nelsinho Machado threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Valentin Renaudin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Valentin Renaudin came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Defrou FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentin Renaudin couldn't finish the play. In the 78th minute of the game Nilton Barros made a throw-in which Válter Xavier played forward. After a defensive mix-up in Moco SS's zone, Charly Zitte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nelsinho Machado came out of the goal and Charly Zitte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Moco SS's Nelsinho Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Renaudin in the 88th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Eden Loison could shoot a difficult shot in the 91st minute, which Nelsinho Machado however easily saved by the left post. John-Paul Lecanu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 95thth minute tested the skills of Nelsinho Machado when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpected shot in the 96th minute by Charly Zitte got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.
