Zenobio Krebs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Terrance Agostino, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 11 minutes, Zenobio Krebs successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Reno Reineke kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the game, Niclas Bankesch was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Haddenberg FS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tarboro FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Haddenberg FS's Niclas Bankesch got a free kick in the 15th minute. Tankred Kowalski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th minute, Monte Padilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Arnulf Fritzsche came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Haddenberg FS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnulf Fritzsche couldn't finish the play. Dennis Galvan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zenobio Krebs having to interfere. Tarboro FC were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Haddenberg FS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Monte Padilla took the corner. Arnulf Fritzsche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Seth Schulz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zenobio Krebs didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Terrance Agostino went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Haddenberg FS's Umberto Bothner got a free kick in the 46th minute. A collision led to Tarboro FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Monte Padilla hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Terrance Agostino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Terrance Agostino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zenobio Krebs having to interfere. Bennett Thompson charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bennett Thompson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 58 played minutes Tarboro FC got a freekick which was hit by Bennett Thompson. Monte Padilla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Arnulf Fritzsche kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Seth Schulz. That made the score 1-2 in the 64 minute of play. Seth Schulz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnulf Fritzsche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Tankred Kowalski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd match minute, Haddenberg FS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niclas Bankesch to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Arnulf Fritzsche managed to get in a good position for a shot. Haddenberg FS's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnulf Fritzsche was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Seth Schulz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The throw-in from Bennett Thompson in the 94th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Haddenberg FS's Umberto Bothner. Umberto Bothner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
