After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tobias Bocklund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Galo Junior's Diamantino Xavier got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ljungaverk's zone, Amadeu Hoffmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Magnus Bergman came out of the goal and Amadeu Hoffmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ljungaverk's Karl-Magnus Bergman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeu Hoffmann in the 73rd minute of play. In the 77th minute Jonas Björklund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hílton Munhoz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amadeu Hoffmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Gustav Mattsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ljungaverk's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustav Mattsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hílton Munhoz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
