Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Konrad Tidéksson took the kick off in the first half of the match. Gustav Mattsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Esbjörn Alström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Konrad Tidéksson in the 9th minute of play forced Ljungaverk's goalkeeper Karl-Magnus Bergman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michel Alén charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Michel Alén the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Gästrike-hammarby booed when Ljungaverk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michel Alén didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Edvard Axelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Konrad Tidéksson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gästrike-hammarby's supporters rose to their feet, but Konrad Tidéksson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karl-Magnus Bergman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Esbjörn Alström was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Gustav Mattsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gustav Mattsson really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. After having played for 35 minutes, Edvard Axelsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gästrike-hammarby's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edvard Axelsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Esbjörn Alström was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Tobias Bocklund capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tobias Bocklund really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustav Mattsson got free with Esbjörn Alström in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Esbjörn Alström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tobias Bocklund's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. Gustav Mattsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.
Karl-Magnus Bergman came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Gästrike-hammarby's Konrad Tidéksson. But to his dismay, Konrad Tidéksson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Gustav Mattsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ljungaverk's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustav Mattsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esbjörn Alström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Gästrike-hammarby's zone, Gustav Mattsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Esbjörn Alström came out of the goal and Gustav Mattsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gustav Mattsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Esbjörn Alström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Ljungaverk's Gustav Mattsson got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Gästrike-hammarby's Wiktor Fribäck got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Ralf Forsman hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. The supporters of Ljungaverk booed when Gästrike-hammarby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hampus Lång didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ljungaverk's Tobias Bocklund in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gästrike-hammarby's goalie prevented a goal. Gästrike-hammarby's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
