Antero Sarmento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 10th minute, Sidónio Pires hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rui Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustav Mattsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. The audience was convinced that Antero Sarmento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karl-Magnus Bergman was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. 15 minutes into the game, Tobias Bocklund cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Rui Reis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 19 minutes into the match, Ljungaverk's goalkeeper Karl-Magnus Bergman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomé Lousada. Rui Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustav Mattsson in the 20th minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Alcides Ventura left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olhanense fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Antero Sarmento struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Karl-Magnus Bergman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olhanense. After 30 played minutes Ljungaverk got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Bocklund. Rui Reis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michel Alén went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. 40 minutes into the match, Olhanense's goal looked a bit too open when Tobias Bocklund came free, but Rui Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antero Sarmento's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 42ndth minute, Karl-Magnus Bergman skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 44 minutes into the match, Olhanense's goal looked a bit too open when Tobias Bocklund came free, but Rui Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivo Tinoco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tobias Bocklund to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Olhanense defense, Gustav Mattsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rui Reis. The Olhanense fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rui Reis should have stopped the shot. Olhanense's Rui Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobias Bocklund in the 55th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Tobias Bocklund dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rui Reis, 1-5. Rui Reis made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Gustav Mattsson sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Olhanense booed when Ljungaverk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zebastian Ekeberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hildeberto Furtado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 68 minutes, Ralf Forsman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ljungaverk and the Olhanense players grew even worse after the yellow card. Olhanense's Rui Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralf Forsman in the 74th minute of play. When Tobias Bocklund in the 75th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Rui Reis kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-6 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. 87 minutes into the match, Olhanense's goalkeeper Rui Reis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustav Mattsson. Rui Reis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tobias Bocklund's shot from short distance in the 91st minute.
