Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aybar Ekiner kicked off to start the match. Dylan Barton charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dylan Barton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Emerson Cervantes was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 4 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tarboro FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 4th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Kavaklidere FK a penalty, 6 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Kadim Sevgen, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tarboro FC's Seth Schulz. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Süleyman Şenalp in the 16th minute of play forced Tarboro FC's goalkeeper Seth Schulz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juan Dodge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dennis Galvan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arif Bilge Başdaş having to make a save. In the 25th minute, Dylan Barton ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arif Bilge Başdaş was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After 31 minutes, Juan Dodge mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tarboro FC and the Kavaklidere FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 31st match minute, Tarboro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Dodge to maneuver through the defense. A sloppy throw-in by Ferhan Çiltay in the 38th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Tarboro FC's Anton Calhoun. The supporters of Tarboro FC booed when Kavaklidere FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cemalettin Tozan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dennis Galvan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elliott Kyle was the one to do the kick off. Kavaklidere FK's Arif Bilge Başdaş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilio Hoffman in the 52nd minute of play. 55 minutes into the game, Ferhan Çiltay threw the ball into play from the sideline. Tarboro FC's Juan Dodge quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 55th minute Juan Dodge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Bilge Başdaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 61 minutes of play, Tarboro FC's Elliott Kyle made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arif Bilge Başdaş was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dylan Barton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Dylan Barton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kadim Sevgen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rafettin Reşit's late challenge caught a Tarboro FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafettin Reşit helped the player get up and apologised. Arif Bilge Başdaş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dylan Barton in the 89th minute of play. Dennis Galvan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that Tarboro FC were the better team. Tarboro FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
