Abidin Hüryaşar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Seth Schulz made a huge save. 23 minutes into the game, Abdülhak Buğra recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Seth Schulz. Abdülhak Buğra showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. 31 minutes into the game, Terrance Agostino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Bican Turhan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Monte Padilla charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Monte Padilla the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Monte Padilla hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Dennis Galvan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Bican Turhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. BeşiktaşJK's Bican Turhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Terrance Agostino in the 38th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Songurbey Batıhan got free with Seth Schulz in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 1-3 became the score in the 44th minute when Terrance Agostino elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Terrance Agostino was the one to do the kick off. The throw-in from Ergün Özmen in the 52nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Tarboro FC's Juan Dodge. Titus Myles charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Titus Myles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Titus Myles hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. If Terrance Agostino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 62 played minutes BeşiktaşJK got a freekick which was hit by Abidin Hüryaşar. 64 minutes into the game, Virgilio Hoffman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tarboro FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BeşiktaşJK the free kick. Virgilio Hoffman kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. If Songurbey Batıhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Terrance Agostino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bican Turhan having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, BeşiktaşJK's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Galvan came free, but Bican Turhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dennis Galvan in the 81st minute of play forced BeşiktaşJK's goalkeeper Bican Turhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Tarboro FC booed when BeşiktaşJK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sungurbey Tunç didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Terrance Agostino kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bican Turhan. That made the score 1-4 in the 85 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Terrance Agostino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tarboro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Terrance Agostino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bican Turhan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Seth Schulz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Songurbey Batıhan in the 90th minute of the match. BeşiktaşJK's Bican Turhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Terrance Agostino in the 91st minute of play. Benito Stephenson was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 94 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute, one of Tarboro FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tarboro FC. Hakan Sabuncuoğlu placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! When the match was over Tarboro FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than BeşiktaşJK throughout the match.
