The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Carlos Eduardo de Barros succeeded in the game's 4th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Songurbey Batıhan managed to get in a good position for a shot. BeşiktaşJK's supporters rose to their feet, but Songurbey Batıhan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nelsinho Machado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Songurbey Batıhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bican Turhan was a little too slow when Hílton de Salles got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 2-1. 22 minutes into the game, Abdülhak Buğra cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Nelsinho Machado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlos Eduardo de Barros got free with Bican Turhan in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abidin Hüryaşar in the 27th minute of play forced Moco SS's goalkeeper Nelsinho Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute Songurbey Batıhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nelsinho Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nelsinho Machado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sacit Aydınalp in the 30th minute of the match. Songurbey Batıhan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nelsinho Machado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Nelsinho Machado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Songurbey Batıhan in the 32nd minute of the match. If Sacit Aydınalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. BeşiktaşJK's Songurbey Batıhan got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abdülhak Buğra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nelsinho Machado having to interfere. Nelsinho Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdülhak Buğra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abdülhak Buğra to make the kick off. In the 77th match minute, BeşiktaşJK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abidin Hüryaşar to maneuver through the defense. Bican Turhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hílton de Salles in the 79th minute of play. Nelsinho Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdülhak Buğra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With 82 minutes on the clock, Serafim Lima commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 82 minutes into the game, one of Moco SS:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave BeşiktaşJK a penalty, 84 minutes into the game. Nelsinho Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdülhak Buğra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. BeşiktaşJK played a much better game than Moco SS and deserved their victory. The Moco SS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
