Geležinis Vilkas's attentive Ferrer Acha managed to snatch the ball when Mugur Ganea made a throw-in in the 3rd minute of the game. Coltan FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Arévalo Miñaca scored to the left of an out of position Ferdinand Emilianu, making the score, 1-0. Coltan FC's Ferdinand Emilianu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arévalo Miñaca in the 11th minute of play. The supporters of Geležinis Vilkas booed when Coltan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mugur Ganea didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the game, Mugur Ganea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Coltan FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Geležinis Vilkas the free kick. Mugur Ganea hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute, Gheorghe Mihele left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Coltan FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Ferdinand Emilianu was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Arévalo Miñaca capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arévalo Miñaca really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Arne Rusterholz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zhou Hong Yu, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Mugur Ganea was shown his second yellow card after 30 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 31 played minutes Coltan FC got a freekick which was hit by Mugur Ganea. Ferdinand Emilianu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arévalo Miñaca, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Ferdinand Emilianu came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Geležinis Vilkas's Arévalo Miñaca. But to his dismay, Arévalo Miñaca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. If Slávek Hornych had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the match, Coltan FC's goalkeeper Ferdinand Emilianu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arévalo Miñaca. In the 48th minute, Slávek Hornych left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Coltan FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

Ferdinand Emilianu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arévalo Miñaca went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. The supporters of Geležinis Vilkas booed when Coltan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gheorghe Mihele didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Vladimiro Nuñez came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Coltan FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vladimiro Nuñez couldn't finish the play. 76 minutes into the match, Coltan FC's goal looked a bit too open when Saulius Grapskis came free, but Ferdinand Emilianu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arévalo Miñaca might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ferdinand Emilianu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arévalo Miñaca ran back to his position shaking his head. Coltan FC's Ferdinand Emilianu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arévalo Miñaca in the 77th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Arévalo Miñaca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 85th match minute, Geležinis Vilkas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zenonas Lopeta to maneuver through the defense. Coltan FC's Ferdinand Emilianu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arévalo Miñaca in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th match minute, Geležinis Vilkas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zenonas Lopeta to maneuver through the defense. Ferdinand Emilianu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arévalo Miñaca in the 96th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Geležinis Vilkas fans cheered their team off the field, for while Coltan FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
