A collision led to Alvi Verde getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Jordy van der Stoel hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artemio Quiroga in the 7th minute of play forced Alvi Verde's goalkeeper Téo Leite to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute Artemio Quiroga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Téo Leite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodolfo Perfecto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Martin Tudor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Cuero Buseth's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Martin Tudor was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Alvi Verde's Téo Leite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artemio Quiroga in the 37th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Måns Kjellman to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the FC ANC defense, Leandro Heidemann kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martin Tudor. The FC ANC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martin Tudor should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in FC ANC's zone, Cuero Buseth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martin Tudor came out of the goal and Cuero Buseth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Martin Tudor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Attila Kiss in the 77th minute of play. Martin Tudor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cuero Buseth, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Martin Tudor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Heidemann in the 80th minute of the match. In the 84th minute of the match Wilbert Ugalde sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Martin Tudor skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cuero Buseth in the 86th minute of play forced FC ANC's goalkeeper Martin Tudor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
