The supporters of Beşiktaş çArşı booed when Aksu SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ludwig Jernberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aksu SK's goalkeeper Mazhar Arısal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 24 minutes into the match, Beşiktaş çArşı's Urban Wennerquist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mazhar Arısal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aksu SK's Mazhar Arısal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urban Wennerquist in the 29th minute of play. In the 37th minute of the match Aksu SK got a corner. Beşiktaş çArşı's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Taci Özdilmaç ran over to the corner to take the kick. Urban Wennerquist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Aksu SK's goalkeeper Mazhar Arısal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Aksu SK's Ludwig Jernberg got a free kick in the 46th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rene Orlandus made a kick off. Cenan Onat charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cenan Onat the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Beşiktaş çArşı booed when Aksu SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cenan Onat didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Urban Wennerquist got free with Mazhar Arısal in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by Aksu SK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aggelos Farmakas was slow to take the kick. During this time Beşiktaş çArşı's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Beşiktaş çArşı's Halil Utku Gulabi getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After a rather tough play, Aksu SK's Adnan Erdemli got a free kick in the 75th minute. Beşiktaş çArşı's Tuna Karal was substituted for Urban Wennerquist. Beşiktaş çArşı made a substitution. Faik Kılıçalp replaced Hermengildo Oroitz. A collision led to Aksu SK getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Adnan Erdemli hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Tuna Karal kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mazhar Arısal. That made the score 0-5 in the 79 minute of play. Mazhar Arısal made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Tuna Karal sent off a good shot on target. In the 87th minute Kevin De Waele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samir Afacan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samir Afacan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Orlandus in the 92nd minute of the match. Mazhar Arısal was a little too slow when Turgut Süngü got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 0-6. Beşiktaş çArşı's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
