Dário Veríssimo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ricardinho Dantas's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bóas Bolas got free with Ali Nejat Özertem in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ricardinho Dantas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dário Veríssimo having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardinho Dantas in the 14th minute of play forced ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's goalkeeper Dário Veríssimo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's zone, Ricardinho Dantas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dário Veríssimo came out of the goal and Ricardinho Dantas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zeki Özgenc made in the 25th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Hasan Dokuzer. Manoel Alagoano kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Colombo A.C.'s zone, Fazıl Korkutalp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ali Nejat Özertem came out of the goal and Fazıl Korkutalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 33 minutes into the match, Colombo A.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Frederico Salazar came free, but Ali Nejat Özertem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Colombo A.C.'s Ali Nejat Özertem proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Colombo A.C. from getting a goal against them. Ricardinho Dantas took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dário Veríssimo. Dário Veríssimo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardinho Dantas in the 43rd minute of play forced ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's goalkeeper Dário Veríssimo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vinícius Junior kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Ricardinho Dantas made the kick off in the second half. Zeki Özgenc hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Ali Nejat Özertem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frederico Salazar, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 56th minute Colombo A.C. were awarded a corner. Lauro Neiva went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Lauro Neiva got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dário Veríssimo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Michal Burufski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colombo A.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Michal Burufski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dário Veríssimo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ali Nejat Özertem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frederico Salazar, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. When Ricardinho Dantas came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Colombo A.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ricardinho Dantas couldn't finish the play. Colombo A.C.'s Oséas Camargo was substituted for Alfredo Meireles. Ali Nejat Özertem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bóas Bolas in the 68th minute of play. Ali Brahem's late challenge caught a Colombo A.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ali Brahem helped the player get up and apologised. Ali Brahem kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 76th minute, when Michal Burufski scored to the left of an out of position Dário Veríssimo, making the score, 1-3. The audience was convinced that Ricardinho Dantas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dário Veríssimo was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Ali Nejat Özertem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinícius Junior in the 82nd minute of the match.
