Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Anatol Hönes kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Lyon 69ers's goalkeeper Guy Durant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 13 minutes into the match, Anatol Hönes notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Fedaykin of Arrakeen's Piotr Furgat. Piotr Furgat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Guy Durant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Junior Quintana, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Cesinha Vargas kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Piotr Furgat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Abeitia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Junior Quintana in the 35th minute of play forced Lyon 69ers's goalkeeper Guy Durant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Piotr Furgat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonin Lory in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Lyon 69ers's goal looked a bit too open when Junior Quintana came free, but Guy Durant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Fedaykin of Arrakeen's Cesinha Vargas in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lyon 69ers's goalie prevented a goal. Fedaykin of Arrakeen were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Lyon 69ers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lars Bagge took the corner. Cesinha Vargas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Guy Durant made a huge save. Anatol Hönes scored 1-2 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Piotr Furgat, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Cesinha Vargas made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Lyon 69ers's zone, Lars Bagge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guy Durant came out of the goal and Lars Bagge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 58th minute Junior Quintana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guy Durant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Lyon 69ers's goal looked a bit too open when Cesinha Vargas came free, but Guy Durant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mathis Boureau during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fedaykin of Arrakeen's Piotr Furgat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Abeitia in the 66th minute of play. In the 68thth minute of the game Cesinha Vargas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lyon 69ers's Guy Durant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anatol Hönes in the 68th minute of play forced Fedaykin of Arrakeen's goalkeeper Piotr Furgat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Piotr Furgat came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Lyon 69ers's Anatol Hönes. But to his dismay, Anatol Hönes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Guy Durant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Bagge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Cesinha Vargas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guy Durant was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Mathias Lecanu hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After 81 played minutes Fedaykin of Arrakeen got a freekick which was hit by Cesinha Vargas. Lyon 69ers's Jean-Marc Gesbert was substituted for Wendell Borges. Cesinha Vargas hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Piotr Furgat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gerardo Abeitia in the 90th minute. If Bogumil Zbydniewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Junior Quintana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 96 minutes into the game, Julian Czysta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fedaykin of Arrakeen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lyon 69ers the free kick. After 96 played minutes Fedaykin of Arrakeen got a freekick which was hit by Julian Czysta. In the 97th minute, Slaveyko Grúbchev sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Fedaykin of Arrakeen's Piotr Furgat didn't even have to move. Lyon 69ers's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
