An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehat Kovaçi in the 4th minute of play forced Punk Fiction's goalkeeper Amado Jordão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Cougars FC's Mehat Kovaçi in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Punk Fiction's goalie prevented a goal. Alfonso Eguen made in the 12th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Gilberto Nayely. Mehat Kovaçi might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amado Jordão. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mehat Kovaçi ran back to his position shaking his head. Amado Jordão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehat Kovaçi, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Arnoud de Pelsmakere showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edelmiro Olivar in the 20th minute of the match. Angel Morales struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Amado Jordão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cougars FC. After having played for 26 minutes, Angel Morales managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cougars FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angel Morales was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The throw-in from Saturnino Amor in the 37th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Cougars FC's Bianco Natale. After a rather tough play, Cougars FC's Horia Păuceanu got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 46th minute of the match, Gilberto Nayely got a very nice opportunity to score, but Arnoud de Pelsmakere was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The supporters of Cougars FC booed when Punk Fiction was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso Eguen didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Mehat Kovaçi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 56th minute, Mehat Kovaçi made a precise shot to the right of Amado Jordão. Punk Fiction's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Angel Morales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Amado Jordão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnoud de Pelsmakere stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gilberto Nayely's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. After 68 played minutes Punk Fiction got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Amor. Angel Morales struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Horia Păuceanu in the 74th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Punk Fiction's Edelmiro Olivar. The supporters of Cougars FC booed when Punk Fiction was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edelmiro Olivar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Punk Fiction's goalkeeper Amado Jordão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Amado Jordão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steffen Gimlinge in the 90th minute of the match. Steffen Gimlinge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amado Jordão having to interfere. Cougars FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
