With an all-out effort, Los Colegas del Barrio's Enéas Leme threw himself towards the right post 21 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Garry Mason, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 25 played minutes Los Colegas del Barrio got a freekick which was hit by Albi Solo. Hernani Moco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paulo Victor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Garry Mason got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Garry Mason put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Enéas Leme. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Garry Mason sped through Quinnys Disco Pants's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Enéas Leme. Garry Mason sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Los Colegas del Barrio's Albi Solo got a free kick in the 42nd minute. When Lewis Birchall fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Quinnys Disco Pants's protests and gave Lewis Birchall a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Quinnys Disco Pants getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Lewis Birchall hit a great ball. Enéas Leme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zosimo Ibanez in the 48th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Cosme De Silva got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Enéas Leme quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Garry Mason stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Garry Mason struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Enéas Leme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Colegas del Barrio. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Garry Mason in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enéas Leme saved Quinnys Disco Pants from getting behind. In the 61st minute, Los Colegas del Barrio's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Hernani Moco fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Dominic Gamble charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dominic Gamble the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Garry Mason in the 69th minute of play forced Quinnys Disco Pants's goalkeeper Enéas Leme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Garry Mason in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enéas Leme saved Quinnys Disco Pants from getting behind. Eutropio Harroyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enéas Leme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eutropio Harroyo, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Eutropio Harroyo kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Quinnys Disco Pants's Hernani Moco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paulo Victor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 80th minute of the match Emilio Nunez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Enéas Leme skillfully saved the ball. Enéas Leme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Garry Mason, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute, Albi Solo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Enéas Leme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Garry Mason's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. After a rather tough play, Quinnys Disco Pants's Hernani Moco got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Garry Mason in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enéas Leme prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 95th minute Garry Mason shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enéas Leme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Los Colegas del Barrio had played much better football throughout.
